Each week, participants read nature poems by authors such as Robert Frost, Mary Oliver and Walt Whitman, discussing and drawing meaning from their work. We also read poems from modern poets whose work has evolved from and been influenced by these iconic writers.
Jules Miller holds an MFA in poetry. His work, often exploring the intersections between nature, everyday life and family, has appeared in many publications, including Quarterly West and Arcturus.
