ID : 2991

« back to classes page

This course focuses on daily life, examining how individual choices affect our local ecosystem and the planet. Leaving judgment aside and focusing on positive change, we begin by assessing our personal ecological footprint, then examine our homestead, hobbies and habits. We reconsider and re-envision ways to reduce our ecological footprint and increase our positive impact.

Natalie Coe holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and an MFA in creative writing from UNCW. She has taught environmental science with a focus on sustainability at the college level and published in scientific and pedagogical journals and books.
