Society’s energy needs are tremendous and growing. This presentation explores where our energy comes from (nuclear, fossil fuel, renewable sources etc.) and how it flows through our communities and lives. We discuss the impact of various energy sources from social, economic and environmental perspectives. Participants gain an overview of the critical importance of energy flows as well as the benefits and potential limits of our consumption models.

Simon Stone has been developing electrochemical technologies and products for more than 25 years. He holds 15 active patents and currently manages water electrolyzer product development for Envision Energy USA in Burlington, MA.
