Taylor Swift isn’t just a Grammy award-winning pop star; she’s a master class in modern marketing and brand identity. This course explores how she built a multi-billion-dollar brand based on authenticity, personal connection and relatability. The course dives deeper into her trademark — the ability to tell stories through her songwriting — by listening to some key songs from her discography. From signing an artist development deal with RCA records at age 13 to selling out every show on her worldwide Eras Tour, join us to learn more about the evolution of one of today’s brightest superstars. 

Janice Horner worked in the healthcare field for more than 20 years and is now enjoying semi-retirement, teaching fitness classes and dabbling in writing and other creative pursuits.
