Breathe, stretch, and restore balance in this twice-weekly yoga practice designed to nurture both body and spirit. In a beautiful, light-filled studio with plenty of parking, you’ll move mindfully through gentle postures and grounding breathwork that build strength, flexibility and calm.

Holly Konrady is an educator, yoga teacher, meditation coach and stress management specialist who leads wellness programs for heart and cancer patients at Novant Health. With a master's degree in education from Colorado State University and over a decade of teaching experience at UNC's Watson College of Education, she combines academic insight with holistic practice, inspiring people to move daily, eat real food, connect deeply, and prioritize self-care.
