Holly Konrady is an educator, yoga teacher, meditation coach and stress management specialist who leads wellness programs for heart and cancer patients at Novant Health. With a master's degree in education from Colorado State University and over a decade of teaching experience at UNC's Watson College of Education, she combines academic insight with holistic practice, inspiring people to move daily, eat real food, connect deeply, and prioritize self-care.
