Join Pepper Hill from Science Alliance of Eastern NC and Michelle Hafey from CESTEM for this fun session. K-8 teachers will consider Astronomy concepts through engaging activities they can recreate with their students in the classroom. Explore night/day, seasons, shadows, and moon phases. View constellations and hear stories about them from all over the world. Learn about and even try out items in CESTEM’s Technology Loan Program that support teaching Astronomy concepts.
