« back to classes page

The integration of AI into every aspect of society is rapidly progressing. We can’t stop it, but we can try to manage it. After a brief review of its history, we explore the many ramifications, positive and negative, that we need to consider as we adapt to it. We also discuss the ethical and practical issues we face as AI continues to extend its reach into daily life.

Daniel Wegener is a retired educator and administrator with extensive experience integrating technology into education. Recently, he has explored the many social and ethical issues arising from AI’s impact on global society.
