Student(Single user) is for single registrants.

Household Profile is for couples and for parents of Youth Programs participants.
(You will add other Adult/Youth members to your household in a seperate step.)

MEMBERSHIPS ARE OPTIONAL. Courses that require memberships will allow you to purchase them as you register.
