Enjoy a three-night motorcoach getaway featuring a stay at The Village Hotel at Biltmore, the enchanting Biltmore Luminaires light show, and entrance to the Biltmore House and gardens. Our adventure includes a visit to the Asheville Arboretum. More details online.

Biltmore Itinerary - Sept 27 - 30
Sunday
8:30 a.m.Depart the OLLI Building

11:00 a.m. (Approx.)Sarah P. Duke Gardens, Durham
Lunch - We recommend bringing a bagged lunch and beverages to enjoy during our stop at the gardens.

1:00 p.m.Depart Duke Gardens
We'll continue our drive west toward Asheville, making a rest stop along the way if needed.

4:15–4:30 p.m. (Approx.)Dinner Stop
We'll stop at Modern Alchemist in Old Fort, North Carolina.

Dinner is on your own, so you'll have the opportunity to purchase whatever you'd like before we continue to Asheville.

6:00 p.m. (Approx.)Arrive at the Village Hotel in Antler Hill Village & Winery on Biltmore Estate 
Upon arrival, a hotel representative will board the motorcoach and distribute room keys before we check in.

7:30 p.m.Depart for Biltmore House
Meet in the hotel lobby, and our motorcoach will take us to Biltmore House for the spectacular Biltmore Luminere evening experience.

9:30 p.m.Return to the Village Hotel
Our motorcoach will return everyone to the hotel for a relaxing evening and a good night's rest before another wonderful day at Biltmore.


Monday
7:00 a.m.Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the Village Hotel before beginning your day on the estate.

MorningBiltmore House & Gardens
Our motorcoach will take us to Biltmore House, where you'll enjoy a self-guided tour of the magnificent home and have time to explore the beautiful gardens at your own pace.

11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  – Group Lunch at the Stable Café
We'll gather for lunch at the Stable Café, located next to Biltmore House.

AfternoonFree Time on the Estate
 The
 motorcoach will return to the Village Hotel at approximately 2 p.m. for anyone wishing to head back. Guests who would like to remain near the house and gardens may do so and return later using the estate shuttle.

EveningDinner on Your Own
Dinner is on your own this evening.

7:00 a.m.Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the Village Hotel before another exciting day in the Asheville area.

9:00 a.m.Blue Ridge Parkway & Asheville Tour
We'll depart the Village Hotel and begin our day with a knowledgeable step-on guide, who will join us on the motorcoach for a scenic tour of the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville.

Along the way, you'll hear fascinating stories about the area's history, culture, and natural beauty. We may make several scenic stops, as time and weather permit.
11:30 a.m.Included Lunch at Pack's Tavern
We'll enjoy a group lunch at Pack's Tavern in downtown Asheville.

AfternoonFree Time in Downtown Asheville
After lunch, you'll have free time to explore Asheville at your own pace. Browse the unique shops, visit local galleries, enjoy a coffee, or simply soak in the atmosphere of this vibrant mountain city.

4 p.m.Return to the Village Hotel
We'll meet at the designated location and return to the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate.

EveningDinner on Your Own
Enjoy a relaxing evening on the estate.

Wednesday
7:00 a.m.Breakfast
Enjoy one last breakfast at the Village Hotel before checking out.

9:00 a.m.Depart for Wilmington
We'll board the motorcoach and begin our journey home.

Rest stops and a lunch stop will be made along the way as needed. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as we reflect on a wonderful few days at Biltmore Estate.
