Students will learn beginning watercolor techniques while building a solid foundation in the medium. Instruction includes introductory color theory, basic painting techniques, and an overview of materials, including paints, paper, brushes, and pens. Flowers, fruits, vegetables, and other natural objects will serve as inspiration and reference subjects.
A $25 supply fee includes a watercolor kit to keep, watercolor paper, additional supplies, and a quick-reference guide. No prior experience is necessary. The supply fee is payable to the instructor.
